Every watch that enters our inventory is thoroughly inspected by our in-house experts to verify its authenticity. In addition, each serial number is checked through dedicated verification systems, allowing us to guarantee 100% authenticity to our clients.

Each listing clearly specifies which accessories and documents are included with the watch. All watches are supplied with an official invoice issued in the buyer’s name.

Watches from our in-stock collection are available immediately. Watches offered on request are typically available within one week. You may enjoy a seamless shopping experience through our webshop: browse our collection, add your desired watch to the cart, complete payment using one of our multiple secure payment options, and have your watch fully insured and delivered to your doorstep. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect your watch in person at The Watchrr Penthouse, located in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands.

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are fully secure and can be arranged according to your preference.

Please provide as much information as possible, such as the model, reference number, configuration (bracelet, dial, etc.), year of production, and desired condition.

A 10% deposit is required when placing a sourcing request. Once the watch arrives, you may collect it in person and settle the remaining balance upon delivery. Alternatively, the remaining amount can be transferred, after which the watch will be shipped to your address.

Most watches are sourced within one week. We will always advise you in advance if the expected delivery time differs from our standard timeframe.

Most of our watches are sold with the remaining manufacturer’s warranty.
In addition, The Watchrr provides a one-year warranty covering technical defects. Please refer to our general terms and conditions for further details.

If a watch is purchased online through our website, private customers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without providing a reason. The cooling-off period starts on the day the agreement is concluded.
